TB Land

TB Land is a custom-coded Persian WordPress website developed for educational counseling, consultation services, and content publishing.

The website was built as a fully custom WordPress theme using PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, without relying on a page builder for the core implementation.

The project combines a responsive custom frontend with WordPress-native content management, a structured article publishing system, secure contact functionality, and a multi-step consultation request workflow.

The Challenge

The goal was to build a content-driven counseling website that could provide a professional user experience while remaining manageable through WordPress.

The website needed to support several different requirements:

• A fully responsive Persian RTL interface
• Native WordPress article publishing and content management
• Dedicated pages for counseling services and founder information
• A structured consultation request process
• Secure contact and consultation forms
• Search, archive, and article navigation
• A richer reading experience for long-form educational content
• Maintainable custom code without depending on a page builder

The Solution

I developed a custom WordPress theme with a modular architecture built around the WordPress template system.

The theme separates major website sections into reusable template parts and includes dedicated templates for the homepage, articles, archives, search results, contact page, consultation request page, and other content pages.

WordPress-native features including menus, featured images, custom logos, editor styles, responsive embeds, block styles, and Gutenberg content were integrated directly into the theme.

Custom PHP and JavaScript functionality was then added for consultation workflows, form processing, navigation, article interaction, and other user-facing features.

Custom Consultation Request Workflow

One of the main custom features of the project is a multi-step consultation request form.

The frontend provides step-by-step navigation, contextual field handling, validation, character counting, progress indicators, and AJAX submission without requiring a full page reload.

The backend performs additional validation and security checks before processing each request.

The workflow includes:

• WordPress nonce verification
• Honeypot spam protection
• Custom mathematical CAPTCHA
• HMAC-based CAPTCHA validation
• Persian and Arabic digit normalization
• Server-side input sanitization and validation
• Conditional form fields
• Multiple consultation topics
• Phone-number validation
• User consent validation
• AJAX success and error handling
• Email notifications after successful submission

This created a custom consultation workflow tailored specifically to the website rather than relying on a generic form builder.

Custom Contact Form

A separate contact system was also developed directly within the theme.

The contact workflow includes server-side validation, nonce protection, honeypot spam prevention, mathematical CAPTCHA validation, sanitized user input, phone validation, and WordPress email delivery.

Content & Article Experience

TB Land includes a complete WordPress-based content publishing system designed for educational articles.

Custom article functionality includes:

• Dynamic table of contents
• Active-section tracking while reading
• Reading progress indicator
• Related articles
• Author information
• Tags
• Previous and next article navigation
• Adjustable article font size
• Copy-link functionality
• Native browser sharing
• Print support

This allows WordPress to remain the content-management layer while providing a purpose-built reading experience on the frontend.
