Confidential Nonprofit Community Website

This is a Persian-language community platform developed to provide structured resources, meeting information, podcasts, visual content, publications, videos, news, and announcements.

I developed and managed the website using WordPress, Elementor Pro, JetEngine, and JetSmartFilters, creating multiple custom post types and reusable dynamic templates for different content structures.

In addition to the website’s dynamic content architecture, I developed a custom WordPress plugin for managing timed administrative meeting agendas. The plugin provides a dedicated administration interface, stores meeting tasks in a custom database table, and displays the complete agenda on the frontend through a reusable shortcode.

Custom Meeting Management Plugin

I developed a custom WordPress plugin to manage timed administrative meeting agendas for the organization.

The plugin provides a dedicated WordPress admin interface where administrators can create, edit, delete, and organize meeting agenda items, define the allocated speaking time for each item, add descriptions and additional information, and manage the sequence of tasks.

Meeting data is stored in a dedicated custom database table rather than standard WordPress posts.

The plugin also provides a reusable shortcode that displays the meeting agenda on the frontend. Each agenda item includes timer controls that allow meeting coordinators to start and track the allocated speaking time during live administrative meetings.

Dynamic Content Architecture

The website required several different content structures rather than a single standard article format.

Using JetEngine and Elementor Pro, I created multiple structured content types and reusable templates for different areas of the platform, allowing administrators to publish and manage each type of content independently through WordPress.

Meeting Directory

I created a structured meeting directory to organize meeting locations, schedules, regions, and related information in a format that could be managed dynamically through WordPress.

The system made it possible to maintain a growing collection of meeting information without manually building individual pages for each location.

Multimedia Content

The platform was structured to support different media formats, including podcasts, audio recordings, videos, visual posts, publications, and standard written content.

Reusable dynamic templates were created so each content type could maintain its own presentation while remaining manageable from the WordPress dashboard.

Long-Term Website Management

My involvement continued beyond the initial development of the website. I managed the platform, maintained its content structures, handled website updates, resolved technical issues, and supported the continued expansion of its content library.

Website Reach

The website grew to approximately 100 daily Google Search clicks during the period I managed the platform, despite SEO not being part of my formal responsibilities for the project.

Project Outcome

The project resulted in a scalable WordPress platform capable of managing multiple types of structured content, including meetings, podcasts, publications, visual posts, announcements, videos, and community resources.

Reusable dynamic structures simplified ongoing content management, while the custom meeting management plugin provided the organization with a dedicated workflow for preparing and running timed administrative meetings.

I also remained responsible for the ongoing management and maintenance of the website after its initial development.
